Porridge with banana and cinnamon (Serves 1)

50g of rolled oats

350ml (12 fl oz) Semi-skimmed milk

1 banana, peeled and sliced

½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon

What to do

Put the milk in a saucepan over a medium-high heat. Stir in the oats and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat and keep stirring the oats and milk for about 5 minutes or until the porridge starts to thicken. Remove from the heat. Stir in the cinnamon and add the chopped banana. Put the porridge in a bowl and enjoy!
