Roasted butternut squash with tuna and peas

Ingredients

Butternut squash

Can of tuna

Garden peas, cooked

Black pepper

What to do

Cut the butternut squash in half and bake for about 45-50 minutes or until soft. In a bowl mix tuna, peas and black pepper. Once the squash is cooked scoop out the seeds and discard. Scoop out the rest of the inside flesh and mix with the tuna and peas. Add the mix back inside the squash and serve with salad.
